MONDAY:
CHICKEN TORTA & PASTA SALAD
A large bun with refried beans, spicy chicken, fresh pineapple, avocado, Oaxaca cheese, and chipotle sauce. Served with our pasta salad.
TUESDAY:
bbi WALDORF CHICKEN SALAD WRAP & CHIPS
We are taking our homemade “secret” recipe chicken salad to a new level and giving our own twist to the Waldorf Salad then we are folding it all into a large flour tortilla with mixed greens. Served with chips.
WEDNESDAY:
BAKED PENNE W/SPINACH & PEPPERONI
Penne pasta tossed in a Pepperoni and tomato sauce and fresh spinach then topped with mozzarella and parmesan cheese and baked until bubbly. Served with a small side salad and bread.
THURSDAY:
BEEF BRISKET SANDWICH & CANADIAN FRIES
Slow-roasted beef brisket sliced on Texas toast with melted cheese, avocado, tomato, mayo, green beans, and peppers. Served with our seasoned fries topped with white cheddar cheese and beef gravy. YOU MUST TRY THIS ONE!!
FRIDAY:
FISH TACOS, RICE & BLACK BEANS
Two corn tortillas filled with seasoned grilled fish, cabbage, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and a spicy taco sauce. Served with cilantro rice and black beans.
